Groundwork Creswell, Ashfield and Mansfield is dedicated to
helping generate and sustain vibrant, healthy and safe
Working in partnership with local groups, individuals,
businesses, local authorities and regional agencies, we help people
and organisations make changes in order to create better
neighbourhoods, to build skills and job prospects, and to live and
work in a greener way.
Our projects and services focus on the important issues in each
community – from regeneration and the environment to education and
employment – and are designed to benefit both people and the wider

counties, Nottinghamshire, North East Derbyshire and South
Yorkshire, and work on dozens of individual projects each year,
focussing our activity on disadvantaged communities where we can

Groundwork began operating out of Creswell in 1990 and a second Trust launched in Mansfield and Ashfield in 1992.
