Crestra Ltd is the trading arm of Groundwork Creswell, Ashfield and Mansfield. It was established in 1999 to carry out regeneration initiatives that were considered to be outside the charitable remit of the Trust.
Crestra now mainly carries out construction, landscaping and housing-related projects for domestic and commercial markets. Tackling climate change head on, we are currently showing the way with UK renewable energy initiatives, these include ground source heat pumps systems, Mitsubishi air source heat pumps, solar thermal hot water systems as well as photo voltaic installations.

Crestra has a long history in offering a vital service on installing full housing insulation on properties in the area. As a homeowner, tenant or business you can achieve great savings on your energy bills and help the environment by increasing the insulation to your property and reducing your carbon emissions.

Providing a variety of property services in the area, Crestra has carried out work including alterations, refurbishments, caretaking, joinery, plumbing, basic maintenance and handy person services. We also run the Safe and Secure Homes (SASH) programme, installing solar powered wireless alarm systems. Aside from this we have a dedicated team to install playground and leisure facilities and carry out landscaping projects.
