How to get in touch with our team
Groundwork Derby & Derbyshire is a registered charity. We are a part of a federation of charitable trusts each working with their partners to improve local environments.
We were founded in 1988 as Erewash Groundwork Trust and in 1996 we expanded into Amber Valley and became Groundwork Erewash Valley. In 2006, at an official ceremony at Keddleston Hall, we became Groundwork Derby & Derbyshire.
Our Trust now covers South Derbyshire, Derby City, Erewash, Amber Valley, Derbyshire Dales and High Peak.
In January 2007 we were gifted the Bridge Centre in Langley Mill. This is a community based local resource centre which also acts as our main office.
We now have very dedicated and enthusiastic staff members who range from Landscape Architects to Financial Experts.
We are aiming to continue our expansion and to improve more local areas for a better environment for the present and future generations.
