Without people in meaningful work, communities cannot function. We focus on helping people who are struggling the most to find work or pursue a career.
Getting people involved in our community projects can build self esteem, skills and motivation and we provide documented experience for our volunteers.
Employment, work experience, training and job search help are available through our own programmes and we have links with other training providers to provide the best support we can and help people to retrain, gain valuable work experience and move on a journey towards employment.
This year saw us working with volunteers at the Download festival in Leicester recruiting volunteers for environmental projects across the region
