Without people in meaningful work, communities cannot function. We help people to retrain, gain confidence and gain valuable work experience.
We offer training which develops practical and personal skills to improve participants’ employability and reduce worklessness in the community.
Programmes are linked to improving the local environment or learning new skills for a greener economy. Our Cycling scheme, Bikes 4 All offers young people and members of the general public the opportunity to gain qualifications in Cycle Mechanics, up to NVQ Level 2. Our courses are tailored to each learner’s ability and offer one-to-one teaching support.
