How to get in touch with our team
We believe that young people are part of the solution to improving disadvantaged areas. We have a dedicated Youth and Community Development Officer who develops a range of programmes and activities to build confidence and self esteem.
Young people are involved in projects at every stage – from having ideas to hands-on work on site. This builds a sense of pride and respect for themselves and the environment and reduces crime and anti social behaviour.
To engage more young people, we have set up a MySpace site – www.myspace.com/gwll so they can contact us with ideas for new youth projects.
We also give young people the opportunity to train and gain expertise for employment through our Bikes 4 All project.
