We believe that young people are part of the solution to improving disadvantaged areas. We have a dedicated Youth and Community Development Officer who develops a range of programmes and activities to build confidence and self esteem.
Young people are involved in projects at every stage – from having ideas to hands-on work on site. This builds a sense of pride and respect for themselves and the environment and reduces crime and anti social behaviour.

Location: Goodwood Allotments Work undertaken by long-term unemployed young people under the Future Jobs Fund (FJF) transforms derelict allotments into a readily workable space for the local community.
