The Trust organises its programmes and development activities under seven initiatives:

• Green Communities –  to develop and deliver environmental plans and improvements
• Green Business – eco business support and green business opportunities
• Green Homes – improving homes and neighbourhoods through community cohesion
• Health and Wellbeing – healthy lifestyle opportunities through activities and environments
• Community Resources – facilities to support environmental and community projects
• Public Space – developing the natural and built environment for leisure, ecology and enjoyment
• Consultancy Services – research or feasibility activities for environmental, economic or social change
