We work with housing associations and other housing providers across the county to change places and lives for tenants. Just like you, we want to create great estates across the country where people want to live.
The Trust’s Eco Homes Service works with social housing and private sector tenants to create warmer and healthier homes. We can help households to reduce energy and water bills - our trained staff will assess the energy efficiency of an entire home then recommend practical solutions to make the home more energy and water efficient.
We also offer advice on improvements outside the house such as better use of rainwater in the garden and how planting and other micro-climate measures can reduce heat loss.
