Here are some facts and figures to show Groundwork Lincolnshire’s impact in your neighbourhood during 2008/09:

We planted 700 trees, improved 71,000 sq metres of land and maintained 250,000 sq metres of land.
In person days, we actively involved 3,400 young people, 2400 adults and 825 partners in projects.
85 schools were involved with Groundwork
Groundwork Lincolnshire has worked with 730 businesses and actively supported 140 businesses. There were 34 jobs safeguarded.
In total, we progressed 98 projects: 23 physical environmental improvements, 51 education and community involvement schemes and 24 economy and environments projects.
