We work with organisations, businesses and communities across North Northamptonshire and offer a range of services tailored to different types of organisation.

We are motivated by engaging and empowering local communities and working in partnership with people and service providers to improve the environment and prosperity of neighbourhoods.

Local people, organisations and public sector agencies benefit from our unique links with the community in four project areas:

• Youth – Getting young people involved in positive activities to support the development of their area.
• Community – Listening to people and finding ways to improve their environment.
• Volunteering – supporting voluntary organisations in Kettering and Corby and finding opportunities for volunteers.
• Environmental – Improving open spaces and reducing the carbon footprint of our business, our partners and the community.
