Groundwork North Northamptonshire works in partnership with people and organisations to empower and enhance communities in an area facing rapid urban growth.
We use the knowledge and views of local people to identify the issues that are important to them, develop projects and source funding to make their ambitions a reality.
Our work aims to help groups and individuals to create better neighbourhoods, build skills and job prospects and to live and work in a greener way. Communities are involved at every stage and our strong local links mean we keep in touch with people we’ve supported and make sure that every project has the best chance of success well into the future.
We run dozens of projects each year, in Corby, Kettering and East Northamptonshire, and specialise in working with disadvantaged or hard to reach communities, making a real difference to people’s quality of life.
