Community development workers and project officers - enthusiastic, patient and creative, they work closely with individuals and community groups to make change happen
Landscape architects - Groundwork is the largest employer of landscape architects in the UK. Our landscape architects combine design expertise with a real passion for making a difference
Employment & training specialists – skilled at dealing with the ‘hard to reach’ they strive to motivate those we work with and take them on a journey towards employment
Education workers – taking our work into schools, they have the skills to work with children and understand the language and aims of the national curriculum
Business advisors – technical specialists who know what’s important to businesses. They bridge the gap between the aims of environmental policy and the realities of local enterprise, cutting carbon and saving money.
